Terms & Conditions Studio Araks® (brand name owned by Leuvion®)
1 Language and scope of our terms and conditions.
The contractual language for our terms and conditions is English. Only this English text is binding. Our terms and conditions are valid for all contracts regarding products bought under the trade name Studio Araks® (www.araks.studio).
2 Orders and Contract.
All orders are binding. Contracts become effective for offline (bulk) orders once the customer confirmed payment. For online orders the contract becomes effective when ordered items are available in stock and thus only after shipment of the ordered goods. The contractual partner is:

3 Prices for photographic materials.
Prices mentioned in brochures and on the internet are not binding. Prices mentioned on proposals are sales prices valid within the given term of validity of the proposals. Prices mentioned on the invoices are final sales prices. All prices are in Euro excluding shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
4 Shipping Costs.
Shipping costs appear clearly before confirming the order and before payment. Shipments out of the European Union, are eventually liable to customs duty, which have to be paid by the buyer.
5 Terms of Payment.
Payment is done in advance with bank transfer or cash when possible.
6 Shipping Time.
Shipment will be done after receipt of payment and within the contractual agreed production and delivery time.
7 Copyrights for photographic materials.
Every sales deal being very specific, each sale proposal will be accompanied by specific usage permissions and limitations. Customers can only use that photographic material within these conditions. Every infringement on this copyright results – apart from the rules and laws applicable on copyright – in the termination of the contract. Studio Araks® will rightfully apply its rights on copyright.
8 Governing Law.
In case of dispute, only the courts of the district of Antwerp, Belgium are competent. Belgian law governs these Terms and Conditions.
